Am I the only one who gets a little nervous when the reservation details don’t match across emails? I booked a limo and most of the info was correct, but the pickup time showed up differently in one of the emails. I called and they fixed it, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make me feel a bit unsure for a minute...

I had to change my plans and the cancellation policy ended up feeling really rigid. I get that there have to be rules, but there wasn’t much flexibility or clear guidance, so I kind of felt left in the dark about what my options were. I just wish they had a little more wiggle room when life happens.
